The triethylamine gas generator is one of the most critical functional components in the cold core box core shooter equipment. The generator we developed and manufactured uses two heating tanks to carry out two-stage heating on the compressed air of the amine carrier, so as to make the vaporization of the amine more sufficient, and at the same time greatly save the amount of amine. In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the generator, all control elements are imported products with original packaging. The layout of the generator is reasonable, and the flammability and explosiveness of triethylamine are fully considered, and the mechanical and electrical safety protection are two levels.
