1. Personnel who have not been trained in the operation of this equipment shall not operate this equipment.

2. Before automatic operation, be sure to go through manual idling.

3. Before starting, check whether there is any guide in the moving parts and whether there are non-equipment operators near. Do not put tools and other sundries on the equipment.

4. It is not allowed to touch moving parts and electrical components when the equipment is running.

5. When the equipment in operation stops working suddenly due to the interruption of external power supply, the power switch of the equipment shall be cut off to avoid danger caused by another power call.

6. In equipment maintenance, inspection, adjustment, cleaning, etc. Cut off the main power supply and the main compressed air valve.

7. The solenoid valve may not be restored to its original state after maintenance, inspection and adjustment. Pay attention to observation after power-on and ventilation to avoid danger caused by unexpected action.

8. In case of abnormal sound, smell and other abnormal phenomena in the operation of all parts of the equipment, the operation shall be stopped immediately. After inspection and adjustment, the manual idling test run must be carried out first.

9. When the equipment is stopped after working, it must be stopped at the original position, and then cut off the power and air supply.
